We’re excited to partner with Project Nursery and Bravado Designs in support of Bravado’s “Embrace Space” campaign that celebrates the release of the all-new Essential Embrace Nursing Bra. Recently Bravado Designs sat down with Tracy Fong (TF), Creative Director and Vice President of Sales at The MDB Family, to discuss Nursery Works and the perfect Embrace Space.
BD: Nursery Works is known for its ultra-chic and high-style creations. The brand exudes a sense of pure luxury and sophisticated glamour, and for this, has achieved a loyal following among Fashionistas, celebrity A-Listers, and design-forward Moms everywhere. What makes these style mavens clamor for your designs?
TF: With our Nursery Works brand we really try to design sophisticated products that function beautifully in the nursery without sacrificing style and trend. Our goal is to embrace the spirit of contemporary luxury while meeting the needs of modern parents.
BD: You’ve carved out such a noteworthy niche in the market with a passionate and fashionable following, can you let us in on who your favorite style icons are?
TF: I am all about fashion and really encourage our team to go beyond the norm by incorporating the latest design trends into all that we do. I love that my best friends are all now new mothers—so I find a lot of inspiration in them. I am online and on instagram like everyone else. I love finding outfit and design inspirations through street snaps by Tommy Ton. My personal favorites are Miroslava Duma, Sarah Rutson, and Taylor Tomasi Hill. I’m really into Jenni Kayne flats, Givenchy anything, and a great Balenciaga leather jacket.
BD: We’re over the moon that you’ve partnered with Bravado Designs on the launch of our new Essential Embrace Nursing Bra through the Embrace Space contest. Describe your idea of a most luxurious, glamorous Embrace Space.
TF: A really glamorous Embrace Space would include touches that make mama feel really pampered. I envision soft lighting, our Nursery Works Empire Rocker, and maybe a luxurious touch like a nice candle and some flowers. Adding in a cashmere blanket or Hermes throw would complete that feeling of total relaxation. A happy parent is a happy baby, right?
