Embrace Space: Bravado Designs + Babyletto, Part Two
We’re excited to partner with Project Nursery and Bravado Designs in support of Bravado’s “Embrace Space” campaign that celebrates the release of the all-new Essential Embrace Nursing Bra. Recently Bravado Designs sat down with Tracy Fong (TF), Creative Director and Vice President of Sales at The MDB Family, to discuss Babyletto and the perfect Embrace Space.
BD: Babyletto has really found its way into the hearts of new parents with your stylish, affordable and eco-friendly products. Tell us what is you “secret sauce” – what has made your line such a super–star among the world of nursery furniture designs?
TF: Thanks! Every piece we design for Babyletto parents is really created to inspire creativity. We like to embrace trends and provide products that are both eco-friendly and affordable. For example, all of our furniture is made with sustainably harvested wood and we stick to strictly non-toxic finishes. It’s really about making fun nursery pieces for modern families!
BD: “Hooray for Hollywood”… A-List moms and dads simply adore your products and you’ve got quite the following among the celebrity bump set. Which have been some of your favorite celebrity nursery projects to date?
TF: Babyletto has a big celebrity following; we’ve worked with everyone from Rachel Zoe to Elizabeth Berkley. Probably our most fun recent collaboration was with Vanessa and Nick Lachey. They picked out a Grayson mini-crib for Camden!
BD: You’ve partnered with Bravado Designs on the launch of the new Essential Embrace nursing bra through our celebration of Embrace Spaces. Describe your idea of a “Hollywood Mama” Embrace Space.
TF: To me a “Hollywood Mama” Embrace Space is a spot where Mama and baby can retreat from the hustle and bustle to really connect and bond. Living in LA the media is everywhere so I imagine an Embrace Space really being a place to cozy up at home away from it all…and as kids transition out of the nursery, an Embrace Space could become a place where you do fun things in the home together like arts and crafts or making flavored shaved ice!
