Our hiring process
We're looking for strong matches with bright candidates who will thrive in our company. While our hiring process is extensive, you'll find that we're friendly and open, and it's a great way to get to know each other. We'll keep you updated on what to expect along the way.
1. Skills Assessment
A one hour test for grammar, vocabulary, and math
2. Letter of intent
We ask that you submit a letter to express your interest and showcase your talents
3. Phone interview
Typically 10-15 minutes to assess your abilities
4. Onsite interview
To evaluate your skills, and introduce you to our company and what your potential job entails
5. Hire by Committee
You'll talk with at least four interviewers, both management and potential colleagues
6. Working Interview
A hands-on interview that will give you a clear idea of what the position entails
7. Final presentation
You'll be asked to prepare responses to 3 questions for a presentation interview with our team

An Account Specialist interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints, input orders, process returns, collect payments and to troubleshoot any other related issue. Work collaboratively with Baby Specialty Sales Team to drive revenue growth with new and existing customers.
Jr. Account Manager
Work collaboratively with Corporate Sales Team to drive revenue growth with new and existing customers. Responsible for representing the company to customers (retailers). Assist in Product Set-Up and review and maintain accuracy of product representation with the retailer. Provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. Collect payments and troubleshoot any other related issue.
