Comprehensive coverage through Metlife PPO Dental and Safeguard HMO Dental. For those opting out of the dental plan, we provide reimbursement up to $130 yearly for a teeth cleaning.

Exams, contacts, lenses and frames all generously covered through Safeguard Vision.
EAP - Employee Assistance Program
Services for employees and their dependents include free short-term counseling, legal consultations, financial counseling, child care referrals, pet care referrals, and more.
Life and AD&D Insurance
MDB pays for an automatic coverage at $20,000 for life coverage and $20,000 AD&D coverage.
Voluntary Life Insurance
Option to purchase additional life insurance for yourself, spouse and children.
Retirement and Savings
Employees may contribute up to $16,500 per year. We offer a variety of investment options to choose from through American funds, our 401(k) Plan Administrator. To help you with those tough investment decisions, we have quarterly on-site financial planning meetings and FAQ with our 401(k) plan administrator. Because we care about your future, we contribute a 3% safe harbor towards and deposit into your retirement account. And because we really care about you and your future, we share the company's profits with a vesting schedule.

Tuition Reimbursement Program
MDB values contributions made by each of our associates and we want to see you succeed. It's vital for us to provide you opportunities to continue to learn and pursue further education that's relevant to what you do. You must receive grades of "C" or better. Tuition reimbursement is up to $1,800 per calendar year.
Employee Referral Program
Good people tend to recommend people with similar characteristics. Some of our best employees have been hired through referrals. MDB especially welcomes its employees to recommend candidates for job opportunities here. We pay out a large bonus upon the hired applicant's full year of employment at MDB.

Health Fair/Health Task Group
Being healthy is on almost everyone's agenda these days. MDB is no exception. Since we promote a healthy lifestyle, we put together our annual Health Fair and provide you with on-site vendors that offer free nutritional information, glucose and blood pressure testing, and good health-promoting activities. Freebies, health care informational materials, raffles and free food are also provided.
MDB values a healthy lifestyle both at and away from work. Our Health task group committee involves themselves in providing nutritional and physical activity awareness through various innovative activities and interactive events.
Our leaders are the key to guiding you and the company on a path of success. To provide our on-going support for leaders, we developed our learning academy which consists of paid training courses that focus on building better leaders and fine-tuning their skills.
